SKINZ x LISBOA. A visual essay street photography.

SKINZ.

I am a smoky, almost traceless companion to these walls. Their colours carve out forms consisting of memories, thoughts, words, feelings, silence. Their textures represent my location the map. Graffiti and tags left these walls by those who were here before me, sometimes crisp and clear, not less often blurred, flowing with sacrificial paint applied to the altar of my city. The walls are SKINZ of my home.

Take a look around. What you see are signs composed of many parts. Woven from tiles reflecting the sun, cracked paint, overhanging wires, concrete and brick, metal and glass. SKINZ. Breathe.
